Overview

SwimApp is a live results platform for Brazilian competitive swimming that ingests official federation data (web scrape + PDFs) into a real-time site for athletes and clubs. I’ll demo the ingestion pipeline end to end — scraper → parser registry → Postgres → Next.js — built and maintained with an AI coding agent (Claude Code). Live, I’ll: locate code across a multi-service repo using subagent fan-out, fix a real parser bug on a corrupted federation PDF, and validate the parsed output against the source file before it touches the DB. You’ll see actual code, parser logs, a real PDF, the DB diff, and a deploy.
